One of my biggest pet peeves is a frivolous lawsuit. My other is blacks using the color of their skin as an excuse for any �wrong� ever done to them. This story has both aspects to it.
A race discrimination lawsuit has been filed against Southwest Airlines on behalf of 2 black sisters. They claimed that while on board an airplane, a white stewardess, in a hurry to get everyone seated, recited a Southwest Airline rhyme that goes, �eenie, meeny, minie, moe/pick a seat, we gotta go.� Apparently these 2 bitches were offended because they believe the rhyme has a racist history. When I was a child, I chanted this rhyme, except instead of �pick a seat, we gotta go�, we said �catch a tiger by the toe. If he hollers, let him go�. Where the fuck is the racist remark in either version? They felt so degraded that they feel they are owed money. I wonder if it would have been OK if a black stewardess recited it? Could they have still found a racial overtone? Doubtful.
Here�s another great one; High school senior Brian Delekta filed a lawsuit in February against the school system in Memphis, Mi, alleging that he actually did A-plus work in one course but only received an A for it, and that his average should be even higher than it is. The course at issue here is a "work experience" course in which he served as a paralegal in a law office and did a fine job, according to his supervisor. That supervisor happened to be his mother who said she meant that he did A-plus, not A, work. So what he learned is that any asshole can file lawsuit after lawsuit, no matter how empty they are. He is suing the school because of the grade his own mother gave him. Maybe the school system should counter-sue on the basis that this was all a scam.
A doctor in England is being sued by a 34-year-old man because the doctor refused to do a PAP smear on the man. The man, though having conceived a child, claims he is a hermaphrodite and needs to be examined for cervical cancer. There is no evidence that he is in fact a hermaphrodite; Just a fucking freak.
It�s a comforting thought knowing we live amongst so many fucking morons.
