I have never in my life been ashamed of this country. I am, however, utterly ashamed of some of its occupants. You know who you are. Youre the uneducated teenyboppers and drug saturated neo hippies using this war and the protests as an excuse to ditch school or work or reality for that matter. None of you have any idea of what is really going on. You listen to a few opinions here and there and suddenly you think you have this whole situation figured out. How easy it must be to be antiwar because all you need to know is that war kills. Youre too fucking ignorant and lazy to actually learn what this is really all about. You hear mom and dad and maybe a friend or two say this is about oil; the same people who are bitter because Gore lost the presidential race. Bet your ass that if Gore were president, thered be a lot more support for this war. You have the unmitigated gall to scream that Bush is a war criminal. Do any of you know what the fuck a war criminal is? The hell you do. Sadam is the war criminal. Care to know why or is it too easy to believe what youre told to believe? Before you continue to bash this country for going to war, why dont you take some time to step into the horrific world Sadam has created known as Iraq?

Have you seen the picture of an Iraqi woman holding an oxygen mask over her tiny, leukemia-stricken infant? Sad. Oh, Iraq had the funds for their medical needs, but Sadam diverted these funds to rebuild his military. In this country, we dont have to worry about that. We have insurance. And for those of you who dont, medical care is free through welfare and other means. Prior battles we have fought have given us this right.

Does it not matter to any of you antiwar fuck-ups that 12 years ago Iraq was ordered by the UN to disarm of SCUD missiles and bio-chemical warfare? Is he not a war criminal for still possessing these weapons? He swore he didnt have them, yet this week, he threatened to use them against us.

Have you seen the picture of a little boy, probably about 8 years in age, laying dead on a dirt road? He is lying there alone. In 1988, Sadam ordered his troops to drop poisonous gas in Northern Iraq. This little boy was his victim. Do you think of this little boy as a war criminal since Sadam couldnt possibly be one? This young child is only one of countless numbers of victims who were killed by Sadams poisonous gas. And these are only his own people we are talking about right now. More than 20,000 of them.

I dont suppose hes a criminal for paying thousands of dollars to the Palestinian families of suicide bombers?

Is he not a criminal for funding the US attacks on 9/11? Or for harboring and training terrorists as we speak; the same terrorists who will threaten the world and us unless we put a stop to him now?

Why dont you try finding an Iraqi man, living in Iraq, who is the same age as Sadam? Go ahead, I dare you. Guess what? You wont find any because he has had almost all of them killed.

I have seen you get irritated when the line at McDonalds is more than 3 minutes long. How would you like to stand in the lines the Iraqis do once a month for a months supply of the food that is rationed to them? What they get that day is all they get to feed their family for an entire month. Sadam will not allow for luxuries such as 3 square meals a day and a snack or two. We have fought wars so that your whiny asses can eat anything you want, anywhere you want, any time you want.

If we are the tyrants, then why have hundreds of Iraqi soldiers eagerly surrendered themselves to us? Because they know they are safer with the enemy than under the thumb of their own leader. With our soldiers, they do not face certain death. With Sadam, they do, even if they do what they are told.

Have any of you watched that video of Sadam randomly calling out names? A man walks to that person, removes him from the room and that man is never again seen. This goes on and on with a number of people. They are being taken out to be killed for the hell of it. Sadam is seen laughing because he loves to watch as the remaining people begin to shake and sweat at the prospect of their own name being called. Again, these are his own people who are on his side.

In this country there are numerous religious buildings standing just about everywhere. In Iraq, there are some mosques, but their only reason for being there is because the presence of religious buildings brings money to Sadam and his group of terrorists. Right next to them you will find nuclear weapons.

While our troops fight for us, Sadams troops fight for him.

In September 1980 Hussein abandoned his 1975 agreement with Iran and invaded. After making some initial gains Iraqs troops were stopped, and by 1982 Iraq was looking for ways to end the war. Hussein reached out to other Arab governments for financial and diplomatic support and began to target the Iranian oil industry. The Iranians, hoping to bring down Hussein, refused a cease-fire until 1988.

Despite having led Iraq into two wars and, in so doing, squandering the countrys oil wealth, Hussein succeeded in facing down all internal challenges to his rule. In 1991, shortly after the end of the Persian Gulf War, Hussein suppressed an uprising among Shias in the south. Kurds who rebelled in the north were saved from complete defeat only because the international community protected them. Husseins small clique of friends and family was divided after the war, and in the following years Hussein arrested, exiled, and killed many among them who were thought to threaten his rule.

In the mid-1990s Hussein began to interfere with the work of United Nations inspection teams assigned to ensure that Iraq had destroyed its nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons capabilities. Obviously he did not.

As we all know, Stalin was a criminal. Stalin is also who Hussein models himself after, using all of Stalins tactics.

I could go on and on and on. This is nothing compared to everything else he has done. Have any of you gotten a clue yet? Do you still worship this saint? Get over the idea that this is about oil. Yes, oil is important. It is important to you, too. Are you willing to give up your vehicles and everything else in this country that is powered by oil? Fuck no. But this war is not about oil. This war is about stopping terrorism so that this world no longer has to live in fear. Think 9/11 was bad? Thats only a chip on the milestone. So get over your self-righteous, egomaniacal ignorance and wake up to reality. In reality we have to fight for this life we have been given and have come to take for granted. Do you think you could voice your opinions under the rule of Sadam? Yes, you can. But be prepared to be erased. And for those of you who can only manage to yell about how this has nothing to do with 9/11, dont forget that Sadam funded the attacks, harbors and trains terrorists and threatened bloodshed against us if we were to retaliate against Afghanistan. If war is so bad, then stop using the freedoms that have been given to you by previous wars.
