I decided that I would do a Valentine's entry today instead of waiting until after the weekend to do an entry. What can I say? I'm a romantic. I went to astro.com and filled out Dean's and my information. What I received is a compatibility chart. This is what it said:
Sun in the Twelfth House
Composite Sun in the twelfth house is a significant position, but it presents challenges that many people find difficult to deal with.

Sun Conjunct Venus

Sun Opposition Mars

At any rate you will probably feel that the two of you have a highly spiritual union, which may in fact be so. The action of Neptune is very nonphysical, so that a love union under its influence is likely to be platonic rather than physical.
The second possibility, that of self-delusion, simply means that the two of you are not confronting each other but instead are projecting visions of what you want on your partner.

A love relationship with this aspect usually starts out in a burst of romantic fervor. Unfortunately, however, such a relationship usually doesn't take place between two real individuals but between two fantasies that people form about each other.
If in fact you both come close to each other's ideal, you will have a beautiful relationship. But be honest with yourselves; such ideal situations are rather rare.
Often this aspect will bring the deepest love but no sex. Even a friendship will have this idealistic quality.
The important reminder with this aspect is to be realistic.
This report is rather quite accurate. I have always felt that we have a very percious and unique relationship and this report has confirmed it. It does mention patches of rough terrain, but as it stated we should do, we have turned them into challenges instead of obstacles and we have done just fine.
